* If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, you may request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
* For missing items, please raise a support ticket within 7 days. The missing item will be shipped separately at no additional cost.
* Refunds are not available. We do not process cash or monetary refunds under any circumstances.
* In case of a replacement request, the original product must be returned within 7 days of delivery. The replacement will be dispatched only after we receive the returned item.
* Free Exchange: Apparel items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
* For multiple item exchanges, each item must have a separate exchange request with your preferred size or color.
* Post 7 Days: No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 7 days from delivery.
* One-Time Exchange Only: We offer only one exchange per order. Further exchanges or returns for the same item will not be accepted. Please choose your replacement carefully.
* If you are unsatisfied with the product quality, you may request an exchange or credit voucher within 7 days of delivery.
* In such cases, the product must be returned at the customer’s expense, as the original item was shipped correctly from our end.
* No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction-related returns.
* If a credit voucher is issued, it must be used within 180 days from the date of issuance. Unused vouchers will expire after this period and cannot be reinstated.
* No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery—regardless of the reason.
